About Me
Chris is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the textures, colors, and rhythms of the natural world through painting, printmaking, photography, and glass. Inspired by a lifelong fascination with nature and shaped by summers on the shores of Lake Erie, she approaches each piece as an act of exploration. Through layers of color, texture, and gesture, her work reveals moments of movement, memory, and discovery. Living vibrantly with Multiple Sclerosis, Chris creates to inspire resilience, curiosity, and a deeper appreciation for the beauty that surrounds us. Based in Portland, Oregon, she also brings her creative vision to professional practice as the founder of Perodesign.
